Bill Swindell

Senior Project Manager

Bill began his construction career as a carpenter in Glasgow in 1976.

During the 1980s and 1990s he managed his own construction company with bases in London and Surrey UK. Much of the work was repeat business, which came through having a solid reputation that he had built for quality work and honesty.

Bill always strives to keep up with the latest in technology and frequently upskills himself in the latest construction industry techniques. Bill moved to NZ in 2003 and has been the lead on many successful projects for companies that include Bupa, Foodstuffs and Westpac as well as private developers. Bill's strengths are integrity and communication which has enabled him to lead project teams through many construction projects to successful outcomes.

Recent major projects include: Miro Apartments – Auckland Waipuna Rest Home – Auckland; Bupa Wattle Downs Care Home and Apartments – Auckland; Windsor Court Rest Home – Ohaupo; Bupa St Kilda development – Cambridge; Bupa Te Puke villas – Te Puke; Sir William Pickering Dr office block – Christchurch; Wairakei Rd office block – Christchurch, among many others.
